Z dniem 30.11.2025 r., na podstawie decyzji Ministra Obrony Narodowej, rozformowane zostały Rejonowe Przedstawicielstwa Wojskowe (RPW). Agencja Uzbrojenia stała się następcą prawnym rozformowanych RPW, a w konsekwencji przejęła także zadania dotychczas realizowane przez te jednostki organizacyjne.
Od dnia 01.12.2025 r. Agencja Uzbrojenia realizuje obowiązki rozformowanych RPW oraz pełni funkcję jednostki organizacyjnej resortu obrony narodowej właściwej w zakresie nadzorowania jakości dostaw uzbrojenia, sprzętu wojskowego, środków bojowych i technicznych oraz usług remontowych i serwisowych.
Dotychczasowe zadania RPW są realizowane przez Agencję Uzbrojenia bez zakłóceń na podstawie dotychczasowych zapisów w umowach.

As of the 30th November 2025, pursuant to the decision of the Minister of National Defence, the Regional Military Representatives (RPW) were disbanded. The Armament Agency became the legal successor of the disbanded RPWs and, consequently, also assumed the tasks previously performed by these organizational units.
Since the 1st December 2025, the Armament Agency has been carrying out the duties of the disbanded RPWs and serving as the organizational unit of the Ministry of National Defence responsible for overseeing the quality of supplies of armaments, military equipment, combat and technical resources, as well as repair and maintenance services.
The Armament Agency continues to perform the existing tasks of the RPWs without interruption, based on the existing contractual provisions.
