Conference purpose

The theme of the conference is “Language policy and security in the 21st century” and it invites the participants to share knowledge and experience, explore challenges, present and discuss recent research in the following areas: language instruction in the uniformed services, language policy in relation to security, securitology, e-learning and new technologies, cultural awareness, internationalization of educational processes. Through presentations and discussion groups, we hope to facilitate the exchange of expertise, research and experience as well as offer a possibility to envision future development in the field of language and security.
