gen. bryg. prof. dr hab. inż. Przemysław Wachulak
Brig. Gen. Prof. Przemysław Wachulak is a professor of sciences and rector-commandant of the Military University of Technology. His works on the development of new laser-plasma sources and their applications in nanoscience and nanotechnology. He is a member of national and international scientific societies. For his works, he obtained several national and international scholarships and awards.

płk mgr Grzegorz Kaliciak
Colonel Grzegorz Kaliciak graduated from the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces in Wrocław (MULF) and also completed political since and crisis management studies. He started his military service in 4th Reconnaissance Battalion in Wędrzyn. During his military service he participated in international military missions.Col. Kaliciak served in the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq: in 2004 (II rotation) as a Reconnaissance Company Commander, in 2007 (VIII rotation) as the TOC Chief.

dr hab. inż. Kazimierz Worwa, prof. WAT
He is a graduate of the Cybernetics Faculty of the Military University of Technology. He holds a postdoctoral degree in the field of computer science and telecommunications. He is a researcher and didactic teacher at the Institute of Information Systems of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology. He was the dean of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology (2016 – 2020 term of office). He is a member of the Polish Accreditation Committee (2020 – 2024 term of office) and a member of the IT Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2020 – 2024 term of office).

prof. dr hab. inż. Andrzej Dobrowolski
A graduate of the Radio Technical College in Dzierżoniów (1985) and the Faculty of Electronics of the Military University of Technology (1990). After a year of command practice in the 8th Fighter-Bomber Regiment in Mirosławiec, he began his teaching activity as a research and teaching assistant. In 2001, he earned his doctoral degree at the Faculty of Electronics of the Military University of Technology in the discipline of telecommunications, specializing in microwave technology, and was appointed assistant professor. Since moving to the reserve in 2003, he has continued to work as a civilian academic teacher and conducts research in digital signal processing, artificial intelligence, medical diagnostics and biometrics.

płk dr hab. inż. Jacek Świderski, prof. WAT
Col. Jacek Świderski graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Military University of Technology (MUT) in 1999. He earned his MSc degree majoring in electronics and telecommunication with specialization in optoelectronic devices. At the same time he studied according to an individual program with a focus on laser engineering. He started his professional military service in 1999 in the 1st Regional Technical Workshop in Grudziądz as an Officer of Planning Department. In 2000 he returned to MUT and started work at the Institute of Optoelectronics (IOE) taking positions of senior engineer, assistant, assistant professor and associate professor.
