First cycle civilian studies

First cycle studies (inżynier or licencjat degree) are intended for persons holding a baccalaureate certificate or another document equivalent to the Polish baccalaureate certificate, allowing them to study in the issuing country.

 

Inżynier studies are conducted in technical fields of study, last seven semesters and result in obtaining the professional title of inżynier.

 

Studies conducted in fields of study other than technical, last six semesters and shall result in obtaining the professional title of licencjat.

 

First cycle studies are conducted in the form of both full-time and part-time studies in the form of weekend meetings.

 

Graduates of the first-cycle studies (all fields of study) may apply for qualification for the second-cycle studies (magister studies) provided by WAT or other higher education institutions.

 

First degree civilian studies are generally available and without any obligation to the Ministry of National Defence.

 

Full-time studies are free of charge for Polish citizens and foreigners studying in accordance with the rules applicable to Polish citizens.

 

There is a fee for part-time studies.

Second cycle civilian studies

Second cycle studies (magister degree) are designed for persons holding the professional title of inżynier, licencjat, magister inżynier, magister or equivalent obtained in the fields of study:

 

  • identical to those implemented at the WAT,
  • related to the fields of study carried out at the University.

 

Second cycle studies are conducted in the form of both full-time and part-time studies in the form of weekend meetings.

 

Second-cycle studies for civilians are generally available, without any obligation to the Ministry of National Defence.

 

Full-time studies are free of charge for Polish citizens and foreigners studying in accordance with the rules applicable to Polish citizens.

 

There is a fee for part-time studies.
